I enjoy working at ab METAL. I think my job is quite varied so the tasks does not get tedious. My colleagues share their experience and is very helpful.
Production
ab METAL offers several different methods of manufacturing in both profiles and sheets:
- CNC bending / profile rolling / profile bending
- CNC drilling/ milling until 6500 mm
- Punching. 10 - 65 T
- Assembling/Packing - often to end-user
- Anodising ( electronically surface-treatment)
- CNC automatic lathe
- CNC revolving
- Welding: TIG, MIG, MAG
- Grinding/polishing
- Own tool building department and prototype department
Furthermore we are able to offer electro-polishing, cromating, silk-screen printing and powder/wet lacquer. ab METAL is also processing steel and titanium and last, but not least, we often participate in product-development.
